The journey of SRG International started in 1982 when Strootman Group was founded. In 2012 Marc Steevens joined, who is now the Managing partner of SRGI. This marked the turning point of the expansion throughout Europe, opening units in Germany, the UK and France. The leadership board was further strengthened by Marc-Jan Uithol joining as co-owner. Not long after, SRGI achieved its first 100 million euros in revenue by 2017. The strong growth of the company allowed for the development of a full service, state-of-the art office and warehouse in Oud-Gastel. Along with the relocation in 2019, Strootman Group transitioned into its new name: SRG International. The final addition to the organisation’s core was the joining of Melik Bektas as co-owner, spearheading the commercial team. Continued growth and brand partnerships have led to a further European expansion in 2022.
